Town Council November 6, 2012
Town Board members present: Joyce Higginbottom, Scott Flick, Dan Adams, Scott Deyoe, Todd Everling. Carolyn Johnson and Jeremy Peelle.
Meeting was brought to order by Dan Adams with prayer. Amber Everling led the pledge of allegiance.
Dan Adams made the motion to accept the October 2012 minutes. Todd Everling seconded. Motion passed.

Engineer: Ryan Brauen 11-13-2012 public hearing on Rate Ordinance @ 7:00 PM.
Rate Hearing on 12-4-2012 @ 7:00 PM Caucus at 6:45 and Board Meeting at 7:30 PM.
Presented bid tabulation on five bidders.
Fire Department: Tom Hendricks had to leave on a fire run.
Police Report: Dan Adams made the motion to accept. Todd Everling seconded. Motion passed.
Water & Street Report : Scott Flick made the motion to accept. Dan Adams seconded. Motion passed.
Wastewater Report: Scott Flick made the motion to accept. Dan Adams seconded. Motion passed.
Park Advisory Board: Holiday Bazaar 11-17-2012 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
H. J. Umbaugh presented Rate Study. Discussion followed. Motion to authorize Umbaugh with Town Attorney to prepare the Rate Ordinance with the wraparound debt service minimum coverage which is an amortization of the proposed capitol improvement plan which would result in a one time across the board rate increase of 81% on all rates for a present household service of 4566 for 4 thousand gallons that would go to $82.50. Motion was made by Scott Deyoe seconded by Todd Everling. Motion passed.
Scott Deyoe made the motion to accept SRF national parameters for the loan. Todd Everling seconded. Motion passed.
Motion to suspend rules of Ordinance 2012-15 construction of additions and improvements to the Sewage Works of the Town of Greentown the issuance of revenue bonds in one or more series to provide for the cost thereof the collection segregation distribution of the revenues of said works the safe guarding of the interest of the owners of said revenue bonds other matters connected therewith including the issuance of notes and anticipation of bonds and repealing ordinances inconsistent herewith made by Scott Flick and seconded by Dan Adams. Motion passed.
Ordinance 2012-13 Establishing the voting districts for the Town of Greentown. 2nd reading.
Ordinance 2012-14 Salary Ordinance for employees for Town of Greentown. 2nd reading. Also personnel policies attached.
Motion to accept Ordinance 2012-15 made by Dan Adams and seconded by Scott Flick. Motion passed.
Dan Adams made the motion to adjourn. Todd Everling seconded.
